These terms are formulated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to all registered and unregistered users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. ookla reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is the duty of every user to always maintain honesty and responsibility when using our services.
To open an account on ookla, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately. ookla reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts registered with false information.
While using the platform, you may not engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities. Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account, hacking the system, or spreading malware is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate betting or gaming outcomes will result in immediate account termination. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content, software, or data from the platform without permission. Unauthorized use of ookla's brand, logo, or trademarks is punishable by law. ookla reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any violation of these rules.
All financial transactions on the ookla platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, as displayed on the platform. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, ookla reserves the right to suspend the transaction and request additional information for verification. Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds will be treated as a serious offense under the laws of Bangladesh. Bonuses and promotional offers have their own terms and conditions and apply separately. Withdrawal requests may take a specified number of business days to process.
The ookla platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of suitability for any specific purpose is given. ookla shall not be liable for any damages arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. If a gaming session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues, the user bears sole responsibility. ookla may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance and will endeavor to provide advance notice. In the event of service disruption due to external causes (natural disasters, government directives, etc.), ookla shall have no obligation to provide compensation.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between ookla and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
